5. Deposits, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but credited toward service. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. Late rescheduling may forfeit the deposit.

6. Completed Services and Service Concerns

Review cleaned spaces promptly. Contact us as soon as possible with concerns. We do not guarantee removal of all stains or odors on damaged or heavily soiled surfaces.

7. Payment

Customers agree to pay full amounts due. We may use third-party processors and are not liable for their errors or outages.

8. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

We may send text messages for service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.

9. SMS Opt-Out and Consent Revocation

Revoke consent by replying STOP. We will honor requests within a reasonable period (up to 10 business days).

10. Privacy and Mobile Information

Mobile info for SMS will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing. It's only shared with providers necessary for business operations.
